Sackettland, LLC was started in honor of our Dad, Pop, who taught us to love life, seek adventure, and always have an open door to friends and strangers alike.
Pop's pursuit of adventure and hospitality inspired my brother and me to open Centennial Cottage. It is our hope that you feel welcome, comfortable and use this cottage as a home base for adventure while staying in NW Arkansas.
Centennial Cottage is located at the bottom of Fayetteville's newest mountain bike trail system, Centennial Park, home to the 2022 Cyclo-cross Championships. The cottage offers a true in and out MTB experience making it the perfect place for the crew looking to experience NWA's premiere trail systems.
The cottage is conveniently located 1.7 miles from the U of A campus which makes it an ideal destination for game day and other events on campus.

Our Cottage
Soak in the forest views while sipping coffee at our custom live edge bar before you start your day. This charm-infused cottage is surrounded by woods and feels like a retreat, but is close to town and all the amenities our city offers.
The 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sleeps 2-4 comfortably. The bedroom has a queen bed and an abundance of windows giving you views of the forest as you get ready for your day.
We like to think of our little cottage as small but mighty as it has all of the amenities of a larger home. Features include: fully stocked kitchen with a Smeg fridge, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

Outside
Enjoy our outdoor spaces including a grilling area, bike maintenance pole, bike storage and places to relax with family or friends under a covered patio. Sit around the beautiful fire pit set among Ozark cedars. The fire pit is the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the trails.

Centennial Park
We are steps away from Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain. The park is a cycling-activated park with state-of-the-art cyclo-cross and mountain biking facilities. You are able to access trail infrastructure unlike any other in the region within an area of preserved greenspace connected to neighborhoods and Fayetteville’s existing 45 miles of shared-used paved trails and 38 miles of natural-surface trails.
